Delivery Policy

U.K. Delivery

Goods are delivered via Royal Mail on the next working day following order dispatch.

International Delivery

Goods are delivered via UPS or Royal Mail/Parcel Force International scheduled services.  We aim for delivery to be made within five working days from order dispatch, however, please allow up to seven working days as transit times may vary according to destination.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in transit caused by local Customs and Import procedures.  Customers will be liable to pay any import duties and taxes levied upon any consignments within their own countries.

Insurance

All goods are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Christmas and New Year Deliveries

Orders placed during Christmas Day and New Years Dav will be delivered by the end of the second week of the new year.   We will notify customers via email of relevant parcel tracking details.
