Delivery
U.K. Delivery
Within U.K. Goods are delivered via the royal mail on the next working day following dispatch.
International delivery
Goods are delivered via ups or royal mail/parcelforce international scheduled service. Delivery should be made five working days after dispatch, although please allow up to 7 working days as transit time will vary according to destination.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures. Customers will be liable to pay for any import duties and taxes levied on consignments within their own countries.
All goods are delivered fully insured against loss or damage.
Christmas and new year deliveries
Orders placed over the christmas and new year period will be delivered by the end of the second week of the new year. We will notify all customers via email with tracking details.
Returns and exchanges
Goods should be dispatched within 30 days of receipt, must be unworn, in the original packaging and with the labels still in place.
They will undergo a quality check and, if found in satisfactory condition, we will credit the full value (excluding delivery charges) back to the nominated credit/debit card or we will exchange the item for another of your choice if you so wish. We do not offer refunds or returns on sale items.
Refunds will be within 5 working days of satisfactory receipt of goods.
Credits can only be processed back to the card used for payment.
Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the sender unless goods are faulty.

Important: please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting for your returned items. Under no circumstances should goods be "invoiced' back to andino alpaca. They must be sent at nil value.
For international returns: parcels should be clearly marked as "returned goods" on the custom declaration form. Under no circumstances should the goods be invoiced back to berk they must be sent at nil value. Failure to follow these instructions means that we will incur charges for import duties: we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the returned parcel in the event this should occur or, alternatively, we will debit your account with the amount of the expenses incurred by us.
