Payment Options
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo, Switch, and JCB cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Pay Pal and G Pay (Google Pay)
Please note: All sales are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are converted by the customer's credit/debit card issuer into their local currency at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of billing.
Discounts. The calculation for offers and discounts is the difference between the normal list price and the discounted price.
Defects
We will make every effort to ensure that all goods will be of exceptional quality. Should you find this not to be the case you should return the goods to us within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, in original packaging, with all labels/information tags still attached. Please include a description of the alleged defect. Where there is a valid claim, we will either replace the goods free of charge or refund you the full price if you so wish.
All purchases of goods from our website are governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Opening Hours
You can order online at any time. Orders will be processed during working hours, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17.30
Security
Andino Alpaca payments are processed by Shopify secure servers. This system employs encryption and firewalling for maximum security and protection against fraud and hackers. Orders created at nil value when the site is on test or at the shipping cost will not be transacted. For more information about WorldPay go to www.worldpay.com
Browser Requirements and Settings
The Andino Alpaca website has been designed and built on Shopify platform according to current practices and the GDPR, PCI, DSS, and SSL guidelines. We have undertaken functionality, cross-browser and accessibility testing for the current range of browsers. We also expect the site to be functional in older versions of the available browsers. However, we do not accept responsibility for the site’s functionality in older versions of browsers or custom setups on private computers.
Data and Data Protection
In consideration of your tacit agreement Andino Alpaca will preserve such as private, confidential and secret and will not use such data, information other than for offers relating to Andino Alpaca internet sales and mailings of our newsletter.
