Return Policy
Goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unworn, in original packaging, with all labels/information tags still attached.
Upon receipt of goods, they will undergo a full quality inspection and if found to be in a satisfactory condition, we will issue a full credit (excluding any delivery charges paid by you) to the nominated credit/debit card with which the goods were originally purchased. Alternatively, you can request that the returned item be exchanged for another item, of similar value, from our range.
We do not offer refunds or returns on sale items. Refunds will be processed within five working days of satisfactory receipt of goods. Credits can only be processed back to the card used for original payment.
Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the sender unless the goods are faulty. Please contact us for the address to which goods should be returned to
Important:
Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting/shipping for your returned item. Under no circumstances should goods be “invoiced” back to Andino Alpaca.
For international returns, parcels should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” with Nil Value on the accompanying Customs Declaration. Under no circumstances should goods be “invoiced” back to Andino Alpaca. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the shipment incurring import duty charges. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the returned goods if this should occur or alternatively, we may debit your account for the amount of expenses incurred by us.
