E-Gift Cards Andino Alpaca Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card purchased on our website
https://andinoalpaca.com. By purchasing to Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card, you accept these terms
and conditions ('Terms and Conditions'). Andino Alpaca reserves the right to interpret, modify, or
terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will
always be posted at https://andinoalpaca.com
You can use the Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card to pay for the full value or part of the value of your
selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card,
you can use Credit card or Debit card payment method to complete the purchase. The receipt
will always show the current balance of the Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card used in the transaction.

2. Payment
If you order your Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card, your order and payment will be processed and
dispatched by hello@andinoalpaca.com, however your credit/debit card statement will show
Tradersouth Limited purchase as this is the registered company in the UK.
3. Delivery
Your Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card it will be sent to the chosen recipient's email address
immediately after the purchase is complete.
If you order an Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card, you are obligated to provide the correct email address
for delivery. If the address you provide cannot be confirmed Andino Alpaca reserves the right to
withhold the delivery of the Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card.
4. Validity
Andino Alpaca E- Gift Cards are valid for 1 years from the date of the last activation or purchase.
At the expiry of the validity period, Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card cannot be used for purchase,
reactivated or refund of outstanding balance requested.
5. Return
If you paid for your order with Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card and credit card, we will first refund you
on the credit card. If the value of article you returned exceeds the amount paid with credit card,
the rest will be refunded in the form of e-gift card.
E-Gift card must be return within 14 days from date of purchase, to receive a full refund.
Refunds will be in the form of credit to the purchase’s credit card.
6. Product Return
You must notify Andino Alpaca within 14 days of order receipt that you intend to return the
product. We must receive the product in good conditions within 14 days of your notification, for
a full refund to be paid.
7. Limited Liability
Andino Alpaca cannot be held liable Andino Alpaca E- Gift Cards once activated, which
subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your Andino Alpaca E- Gift Card as
cash.

Andino Alpaca, is acting as the party responsible for all personal data that you provide us.
