Quality & Craftsmanship:
Every Andino scarf begins its journey high in the Peruvian Andes, where baby alpaca fibre is prized for its rarity, softness, and durability. Unlike mass-produced wool, baby alpaca is naturally hypoallergenic, free from lanolin, and remarkably resistant to pilling—meaning your scarf retains its luxurious feel wash after wash, year after year. Each piece is handwoven by skilled artisans using techniques refined over centuries, ensuring a fine, even knit that drapes beautifully and feels indulgent against the skin. This isn't fast fashion; it's a slow-made investment piece, crafted with intention and care, designed to outlast trends and become a treasured wardrobe staple.
Softness, Fit & Sustainability
The result of this meticulous craftsmanship is a scarf that feels like a gentle embrace—lightweight enough for layering, yet warm enough to be your go-to companion through British autumns and winters. Its generous, one-size-fits-all design makes it effortlessly versatile, complementing any outfit, occasion, or body type, while its unisex styling means it can be shared, gifted, or worn by anyone in your life. Beyond its sensory appeal, this scarf represents a conscious choice: sourced through ethical, small-batch farming practices that protect both the alpaca herds and the livelihoods of Andean communities, offering UK shoppers a rare blend of indulgent luxury and genuine sustainability.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend gentle hand washing your Andino Alpaca 100% Alpaca garment, using a mild detergent suitable for wool or silk clothing. Following the detergent manufacturer’s instructions, ensure the water is just lukewarm (maximum temperature 30° C). Never use chlorine bleach.
Once clean, rinse several times to remove any traces of detergent. Gently hand press the garment to remove excess water, avoiding creasing
or twisting. Allow the item to dry naturally in a flat position, to avoid distortion of shape or stretching. Do not tumble dry.
If you wish to iron the garment, first ensure that the iron is on a cool setting.
To remove stubborn stains, you may choose to have the garment dry cleaned.
