WITHIN U.K. GOODS ARE DELIVERED VIA THE ROYAL MAIL ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY FOLLOWING DISPATCH.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

GOODS ARE DELIVERED VIA UPS OR ROYAL MAIL/PARCELFORCE INTERNATIONAL SCHEDULED SERVICE. DELIVERY SHOULD BE MADE FIVE WORKING DAYS AFTER DISPATCH, ALTHOUGH PLEASE ALLOW UP TO  7 WORKING DAYS AS TRANSIT TIME WILL VARY ACCORDING TO DESTINATION.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

GOODS SHOULD BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT, MUST BE UNWORN, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH THE LABELS STILL IN PLACE.

THEY WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK AND, IF FOUND IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION, WE WILL CREDIT THE FULL VALUE (EXCLUDING DELIVERY CHARGES) BACK TO THE NOMINATED CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR WE WILL EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER OF YOUR CHOICE IF YOU SO WISH. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.

REFUNDS WILL BE WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF SATISFACTORY RECEIPT OF GOODS.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: PARCELS SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED AS "RETURNED GOODS" ON THE CUSTOM DECLARATION FORM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE GOODS BE INVOICED BACK TO BERK THEY MUST BE SENT AT NIL VALUE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MEANS THAT WE WILL INCUR CHARGES FOR IMPORT DUTIES: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE RETURNED PARCEL IN THE EVENT THIS SHOULD OCCUR OR, ALTERNATIVELY, WE WILL DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THE AMOUNT OF THE EXPENSES INCURRED BY US. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend gentle hand washing your Andino Alpaca 100%  Alpaca garment, using a mild detergent suitable for wool or silk clothing.   Following the detergent manufacturer’s instructions, ensure the water is just lukewarm (maximum temperature 30° C).  Never use chlorine bleach.

Once clean, rinse several times to remove any traces of detergent.  Gently hand press the garment to remove excess water, avoiding creasing
or twisting.  Allow the item to dry naturally in a flat position, to avoid distortion of shape or stretching.  Do not tumble dry.

If you wish to iron the garment, first ensure that the iron is on a cool setting. 

To remove stubborn stains, you may choose to have the garment dry cleaned.
